The Beyond Stadia app is completely free to use for you and your members.

And we don't mean free trial periods or with certain features locked away behhind paywalls.

Anyone can set-up a Club and use Beyond Stadia.  Though if you want to take advantage of unrivalled range of payments features you’ll need to be an account holder for the Bank Account that payments will be made into.

Banking information is only required if you’re going to use payments, and this is managed safely and securely by our Payment Services Provider, Stripe – a global PSP trusted worldwide by some of the planets most recognisable household names.

The easiest way to trial Beyond Stadia is to download the App - just search for ‘Beyond Stadia’ in your App Store. The App is completely free to download and use.

Most of the basic features will be available to you once have set-up at least one team and added some players (you don't need to invite them to do this).  And unlike other Apps your free access won’t expire. As long as you keep using the App (your account does not go dormant) you’re all set. You don’t even need to add any users until you’re happy Beyond Stadia is for you !

Lots of people have horror stories of their experiences trying to get their club onto an App or Software package - so are naturally reluctant to go through that again.

But Beyond Stadia is built different. A Club can be up and running within minutes. Since it is completely free to use, you do not need to invite players or parents and you can even choose to use it alongside yoru current App, you really have nothing to lose.

For clubs who decide to move to Beyond Stadia from an alternative provider we can offer a free Account Management service. To request this service just get in touch.  Your Account Manager will assist you in all aspects of your move.

The simplest and easiet way to invite players or parent / guardians is through the  QR & Sign-up Code process.

To do this simply select to 'Invite Players' from within any Team - if you have previsouly created a QR & Sign-up Code it will automatically display  ready for you to use.  If it's your first time, just select to 'Create signup code' and will will be created for you.

Then just use the Options button dircetly beneath to share. Easy !

As such, Beyond Stadia is only available to clubs based in the UK.
