Being able to customise attendee lists for training or matches has never been as easy thanks to Adaptive Invitees from Beyond Stadia. We provide your club with complete control over what events members can see and select to attend

Club reps can assign members (players) to multiple teams and specify which is their primary team.  All members can see any events planned for that team in their schedule.

When you open an event up for members to confirm their attendance, you can optionally choose to include or exclude any team members from the event.  Only invited members will now see the event in their schedule.

Club reps can track attendee acceptance rates in the event planner.

Didn't have enough acceptances ? No problem. You can access the list of attendees not invited at any time and add more. Any attendees added will then be notified to update their availability.
