There’s no need to book a demo so we can call you back and try and convince you to sign-up with us. All you need to do is download the App and follow the steps.

After your have logged in for the first time, you will be presented with a “Create club” button.

You can also create a new club from the “Menu” tab, in the “Other” section.

When opening the app for the first time, click the “Login” button then click on “Create new account” to set up a new account with Beyond Stadia.

Once you have registered you can either accept any invites or set up your own new club.

You can change the current profile at any point by clicking on the “Profile” button in the top right corner, you are also presented with this screen when you log in to pick the profile you want to see.

When clicking on any notifications, or inbox entries, you will be automatically logged into the profile.

You can view and accept invites for clubs and teams in a few locations

When you first register and login, any invites will be shown on this screen.

In the “Profile” menu, accessible by clicking on the “Profile” button in the top right, any outstanding invites will be shown.

In the “Menu” tab, in the “Other” section, you can view any invites

Any notifications or messages sent to any of your profiles are viewable in the “Inbox” tab, by clicking on the bell icon in the top right, or by clicking on the “Menu” tab and “Notifications” in the “General” section.

All messages from the last 90 days are displayed, click an individual message to mark as read, or click the mark all as read to update all visible messages as read.

The bell icon will show a count of the total number of unread messages.

As an Owner, or Head coach – click on the “Teams” tab and click the “Create Team” button.

Complete the form, then you can add players / members to the group.

Adding Members / Players

Owners, head coaches and coaches.

You can add members after creating a group, or by viewing a group and clicking on the “Players/Members” card.

Members will be created as “Unowned”

When adding a new member, if the name details flag for a current member at the club it will prompt you to check.

If the member is at the same group, it will ask you to confirm you wish to proceed with setting up the new member and show you the details of the matched member.

If the member is at another group at the entity / club, it will show you the details and the owner of the member and allow you to associate the members.

As a coach, you can view, create and add lineups for each match.

For each match, you can create multiple lineups allowing multiple formations to be used, or different members / players to be assigned.

Each lineup allows you to assign members/players to each position in the formation.

The members initial will be shown, unless they have a profile avatar uploaded in which case this will be used instead.

As a member, you can view the starting line up for the match, if you have been assigned to the lineup your avatar will be highlighted.

To add any scores or match stats, the match must be “Started” this can be done when viewing the Match by clicking on “Match Day”, then click on “Start Match” once started you will be able to record stats and complete the match recording the scores.

To add any match stats, you can drag the slider to select the minutes the event then tap on the stat you want to record.

In the popup, all attendees of the match will be available to select, or you can select opposition to record against the opposition.

If the match stat has a preceding stat, it will flag up to ask who completed this stat as well (for example, recording a Goal, will ask who assisted.)

If events occur in any other periods (added time for each period/half), or any extra time periods, or penalty shoot outs, these stats can be recorded against these periods by clicking on the “Periods” button.

To view the recorded match stats, click on the “View stats” button.

You can view a timeline of the stats, or swipe to the “Chart” tab to view a breakdown of events.

All stats recorded will be included in the Match profile, and each members profile.
